Eileen Bickerstaff is all about creating family traditions and making memories. She brings her expertise as a designer and event coordinator to Dog and Cat. Her furry child, Lilly Grace, makes frequent appearances in her social media design posts & videos. Eileen grew up in Orange County, FL, and raised her children here.
Owen Santos attends graduate school at University of Florida studying Business Analytics. He brings his positive attitude and attention to detail to Dog and Cat’s mission. In his spare time he is either on the golf course, studying or spending time with friends including his dogs and cats. Owen was born and raised in Orange County, FL, and attended Winter Park High School.
Brad Siebert works in the mortgage and real estate industry and is well known for providing excellent client services for buyers and sellers. He brings experienced advice to Dog and Cat. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife, Kim, and dog, Maddie.
Regis Martin Simasek is a CPA and the owner of a public accounting firm in Orlando, FL, which was started by his father over 20 years ago. He brings his accounting and not-for-profit expertise to the mission of Dog and Cat. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his sons and his dog, a young pit bull mix adopted from OCAS. Marty graduated from Stetson University with a business degree and from UCF with a degree in accounting.
Karen Simasek-Santos is a community advocate for the environment, pedestrian safety and animal welfare. She brings her experiences working for not-for-profits to the board. She enjoys meeting people, gardening, and spending time with her family including her dogs and cats.
John Starks is a paralegal in the hospitality industry regarded highly for his legal expertise. He brings years of experience in fundraising, event planning and catering to Dog and Cat's mission. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his husband, David, dogs, Maxie-Man and Roxy-Girl, and cat, Beaux-Friend.
K. Michael Swann has been practicing law for over 30 years and is a partner and shareholder at a local Orlando law firm. He brings his reputable standing in the legal profession, as well as his experiences with complex financial transactions, to Dog and Cat. He enjoys traveling with his wife, Debra, and spending time with his 4 dogs, one of whom is being trained as a service dog.
